Operational Insight
A contact centre wants to know which calls it could avoid, and whether last year’s fix really worked.

Property management firm, London
Domain, website and email sat with an ageing host, holding years of tenancy agreements and safety records.
We moved DNS to Cloudflare, the website to new hosting and every mailbox to Microsoft 365, with a rollback for each step. A local search audit followed.
A 117,000-message mailbox moved to Microsoft 365, along with the domain and website.

Scored digital reviews
Owners know something isn’t working online, but not which thing. We score six areas and rank the fixes by cost. For example:
- A Bristol pub’s booking form had no date, time or party-size field, so it could not take a booking.
- A caterer ranked first on Google for its main Bristol search, with no tap-to-call link and no prices on the site.
- A therapist’s website and directory listings disagreed on fees and area. We lined them up.
