Who we are

This website is run by Brand West Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17095110). We are the controller of any personal data described here. Contact us at [email protected].

What this website collects

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. We don't track you from page to page.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which also sees your IP address when your browser requests them.

When you contact us

If you email or phone us, we keep your name, contact details and what you tell us, so we can reply and, if we work together, deliver the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps you've asked for before a contract. Email is handled by Google Workspace.

We delete enquiries that don't lead to work after 12 months. If you become a client, we keep business records for six years, because UK tax law requires it.

We don't sell your data or use it for marketing you haven't asked for.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within a month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
